  • Demo of the new Braille Touch notetaker from HumanWare - 5:00 to 6:00 PM;
  • Dinner ($5.00/person) - 6:00 to 7:00 PM;
  • Music, cards and crafts - 7:00 to 10:00 PM

Roundabout - More Information

Make new friends, learn new skills, and have lots of fun at Greater Louisville Council of the Blind Roundabouts. Fridays, 3:30 to 10:00 PM at United Crescent Hill Ministries in Louisville.

Roundabouts include:

  • Peer support for people just losing their vision;
  • Braille instruction for beginners and those needing to brush up on reading and writing skills;
  • Tips, tricks, and new apps for using iPhones and iPads with speech, magnification or braille notetakers;
  • Discussion time and how-to's on living with low vision; and
  • Activities such as Bingo, cards, knitting and crochet, music and more.

Each Roundabout includes dinner ($5.00 per person), so you can come early and stay late. Or just come to the part of Roundabout that interests you the most.
