All About Roundabout

Roundabout - What's Goin' On

Make new friends, learn new skills, and have lots of fun at Greater Louisville Council of the Blind Roundabouts. Fridays, 3:30 to 10:00 PM at United Crescent Hill Ministries in Louisville.

Roundabouts include:

  • Braille instruction for beginners and those needing to brush up on reading and writing skills;
  • Tips, tricks, and new apps for using iPhones and iPads with speech, magnification or braille notetakers;
  • Help with Alexa skills and Internet websites;
  • Discussions and tips on food, nutrition, health, preparedness, new technology etc.;
  • li>Activities such as Bingo, cards, knitting and crochet, music and more.

Some Roundabouts include special activities. There's Bingo after dinner on the second Friday of each month, and a chance to share good books at Page Turners at 5:30 on the fourth Friday of the month. The Tri-state Library Users meet after Page Turners every other month.

Each Roundabout includes dinner ($5.00 per person), so you can come early and stay late. Or just come to the part of Roundabout that interests you the most.
