Everyone:


I hope this message finds you all well. The board approved our 
recommendation on Monday. I have contacted Tonya and politely suggested 
some alternative methods for having someone sign her visual verification 
form.  I have told her that we are going to provide her with the grant 
if she can submit the form by October 31st.  I will be back with our 
drafts of the approval and rejection letter.  Please provide your 
feedback as soon as possible.  I want to have these sent out no later 
then Friday this week.  Rather than attach the file, I will just paste 
it in the body of the e-mail.
