Everyone:


Okay, attached is what I believe to be the final version of this grant 
application.  So speak now or forever hold your peace.

I have already been contacted by 3 people.


Changes from the last draft:

-updated language to reflect only "chapters" and not local 
chapters/specialist interest affiliates since KCB only has "Chapters"

-Changed program deadline to Oct 15 at 11:59 PM EST.

-Updated contact info per my conversation with Carla and the new 
techgrants at kentucky-acb.org e-mail.
