I like having people responsible for some of the cost. This way, the scholarship helps people who want something bad enough to cut their spending back where they can and save for the item. I realize that some people can’t cut back any more than they already are. But people often value something more and use it more if they have to work for it.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>I know I am coming in late on this conversation, so sorry if I say or ask things that have already been resolved. But here goes. Has there been any discussion of whether the technology to be purchased must be new or can it be used, and if used and purchased from a person (not a company), what happens if the seller does not follow through and provide the item after being paid? I am thinking of email lists for buying items.
