Eastern Kentucky
The Eastern Kentucky Council of the Blind is based in Jackson and Hazard; people who are blind or who have low vision and their families who live in surrounding counties are encouraged to participate in chapter activities. EKCB meets several times a year, sometimes at the Breathitt County Library in Jackson, and other times at a restaurant in Hazard. EKCB also sponsors a summer picnic and a Christmas party for members, family and friends. To find out how you can participate in EKCB activities, phone our president, Ronnie Patrick.
