Use this form and your credit or debit card to register for the 2024 KCB conference and convention. Or call KCB at 502-895-4598 to register by phone or to make arrangements to pay by check. If registering with a check, make payable to the Kentucky Council of the Blind and mail by November 10 to: 148 Vernon Avenue, Louisville, KY 40206.

Register by November 14 to take advantage of pre-registration discounts. You may register after November 14 or at the conference, but pre-registration discounts DO NOT APPLY.
