Exhibitors, speakers, and sponsors
Put your business, organization, or agency in the spotlight at the Kentucky Council of the Blind 53rd Annual Conference and Convention, November 19-21, 2026, at the Best Western Louisville East Inn and Suites in Louisville. The convention will also be virtual on Zoom and live-streamed on ACB Media and TheRadioStorm.com, so you can participate whether you live nearby or across the country.
Convention attendees are interested in low vision, audio, and braille products; technology, resources, and services for people with vision loss; health and wellness; training opportunities; education and library programs; and gift ideas for the holidays.
Exhibits
The exhibit area is one of the most popular areas of every conference. Use your space to interact with attendees who want hands-on experience with products or detailed information about services. Hand out information, sell products, gather contacts.
- Hours: Friday 1:00-5:45 PM; Saturday 9:30 AM-3:00 PM.
- Rates: $25 for one day, $45 for both days. Complimentary with any sponsorship of $100 or more.
- Each exhibit space includes a draped table, chairs, and a table sign. The exhibit area is in a separate room adjacent to the convention. Attendees are free to visit exhibits during program time.
Speaking opportunities
A limited number of speaking opportunities are available Friday afternoon, Saturday morning, and Saturday afternoon. Introduce new products, offer tips about your services, or demonstrate techniques for using a product. You may present in person or by Zoom. Please allow time for audience questions; the Zoom host will provide a time check and call on questioners.
Sessions are recorded and, depending on sound quality, may be included in a future edition of Sound Prints, KCB’s biweekly podcast. Speaking time is complimentary with any sponsorship of $100 or more.
Speakers are scheduled in blocks of time depending on topic. Please join the Zoom line or arrive in person at least 15 minutes before your presentation. If a speaker does not appear at the scheduled time, the presentation will not be rescheduled.
Sponsorships
There’s a sponsorship to fit every budget. Sponsors at the $100 level or higher receive complimentary exhibit space and complimentary presentation time, and exhibitors who sponsor at $100 or above receive one complimentary convention registration. Sponsors are listed prominently in the conference program and acknowledged during the convention, on the KCB website, in the newsletter, and on Sound Prints.

Donate a door prize or auction item
Even if you cannot attend in person or on Zoom, you may donate a door prize or auction item. If you wish, your door prize may be awarded during a specific session or event. The KCB Fast Break Auction will be held November 7 in advance of the convention; please have auction items to us by October 15 so they can be acknowledged in pre-auction publicity and during the event.
Hotel and registration for vendors
Hotel rooms at the Best Western Louisville East Inn and Suites are $97 per night plus tax (up to 4 per room). Reserve by November 10 at (502) 499-0000 (choose 1, mention the Kentucky Council of the Blind).
Exhibitors, speakers, and sponsors are invited to take advantage of convention registration packages: the two-day best value package is $60 ($75 after November 10) including Friday lunch and dinner plus Saturday lunch and banquet; one-day Friday or Saturday packages are $35 pre-registration ($50 after November 10). Exhibitors at the $100 sponsorship level or above receive one complimentary registration. Thursday evening’s free pizza party, sponsored by the Greater Louisville Council of the Blind, welcomes exhibitors, speakers, sponsors, and pre-registered attendees.
