Cash or gift cards are suggested because they are easy to mail if the winner is a virtual attendee. Items should be new or like-new. Your donation will be acknowledged at the convention, in the KCB newsletter, and on Sound Prints, KCB's biweekly podcast.

Conference In-person Registration (no meals) - $25.00 pre-registration ($30.00 on-site)

Pre-registration closes Tuesday, November 10. After that date, pre-registration discounts do not apply, and events could sell out.

Convention stipend

I am a KCB member and am requesting a stipend to attend the in-person convention (two-day registration and attendance required).

Stipend eligibility: you must be a KCB member and attend both days of the convention in person. KCB offers a $100 stipend to members traveling from outside the metro Louisville area; the Greater Louisville Council of the Blind offers a $25 stipend to members who live in the metro area. Stipend checks will be available at the close of the convention on Saturday evening.

APH Dot Experience Tour

Add the APH Dot Experience Tour - $15.00 pre-registration ($20.00 after November 10)

Friday, November 20. Leave the hotel at 9:00 AM or meet the group at APH at 9:30 AM. The tour lasts about 90 minutes; return to the hotel between 11:30 AM and noon.

After you submit, you will be taken to a confirmation page. If you registered for in-person attendance, your conference badge and program will be waiting at the scorer’s table (convention registration desk) when it opens at 5:30 PM on Thursday, November 19. Virtual attendees will receive programs by email by Thursday, November 19, along with Zoom links and dial-in numbers.
