Convention registration
Pre-register for From Tipoff to Triumph, the Kentucky Council of the Blind 53rd Annual Conference and Convention, November 19-21, 2026.
How to register
- Online: complete the online pre-registration form.
- By phone: call the KCB office at (502) 895-4598 with your credit or debit card information.
- By mail: complete the printed pre-registration form and mail it with your check, payable to the Kentucky Council of the Blind, to 148 Vernon Avenue, Louisville, KY 40206. Please mail by November 5.
Pre-registration closes Tuesday, November 10. You may register after this date, but pre-registration discounts do not apply.

Virtual attendance
Virtual registration is $25. You will receive Zoom links and dial-in telephone numbers so you can listen, ask questions, participate in discussions, win door prizes, and vote in elections if you are a KCB member.
Convention stipends
KCB is offering a $100 stipend to every member who travels to the convention from outside the metro Louisville area. The Greater Louisville Council of the Blind is offering a $25 stipend to members who live in the metro area. To be eligible, you must be a KCB member and attend both days of the convention in person. Request the stipend when you pre-register. Stipend checks will be available at the close of the convention on Saturday evening.
Door prizes
Everyone who registers, in person or virtual, is eligible to win a door prize; you don’t have to be present to win. Help make the weekend fun by donating a door prize. Cash or gift cards are suggested because they are easy to mail if the winner is a virtual attendee. Items should be new or like-new. Indicate your donation on the pre-registration form and drop it at the scorer’s table (convention registration desk) when you pick up your badge. Donations are acknowledged at the convention, in the KCB newsletter, and on Sound Prints, KCB’s biweekly podcast.
