How You Can Help
Here are just some of the ways you can make a difference:
- Give your time. Volunteer to make phone calls or help at community meetings.
- Give your talent. Help grow and maintain our website, expand our resource materials, or create public relations opportunities.
- Give financial support to underwrite Sound Prints, KCB’s weekly audio magazine, or our newsletter to help blind and visually impaired families, students and senior citizens learn about the resources, services, products, and medical advances related to low vision.
- Sponsor a local event, the KCB state convention, or the regional Crossroads Leadership Conference.
- Endow a KCB scholarship or technology grant to help blind students or low-income adults reach their full potential.
You may choose to give a one-time donation, or make a monthly, quarterly or annual contribution. You may wish to leave a bequest to KCB by remembering the Kentucky Council of the Blind in your Last Will and Testament.
For more information on how you can help, email support@kentucky-acb.org, or give us a call at (502) 895-4598.
Thank you in advance for your generous support.
